TRANSLATION NOTE - If you are translating this information please be aware that 'Contemporary Ballet' in English is equivalent to 'Contemporary Classical' in other languages. Balletto Monson specialises in the fusion of Classical and Contemporary Dance styles.

Programme Overview

This non-certificated programme offers intensive training in contemporary ballet, complemented by opportunities to participate in company rehearsals and creative development sessions. Dancers will receive mentorship from seasoned professionals and guidance to prepare a strong application for future employment. Designed with flexibility in mind, the programme allows participants to arrange their training schedule to suit individual needs, facilitating exploration of the UK and attendance at auditions.

Eligibility

Open to pre-professional and early-career dancers aiming to enhance their technical and performance skills.
Applicants must be able to support themselves financially during their stay in the UK.
Please note that this programme does not include paid work, employment, or professional public performances.

Length: 20 weeks of flexible attendance within a 6 month period
Registration Fee: £2,200 (non-refundable)

Visa Compliance

This programme is intended for short-term training and does not culminate in a formal qualification.
International participants will require a Standard Visitor Visa and must depart the UK upon programme completion.
Participants are responsible for organising their visa and ensuring they meet the requirements and restrictions .
Participants are not permitted to engage in employment or receive remuneration during their stay.

CV, clearly stating age, dance education and year of graduation
a showreel demonstrating technical ability and artistry in both classical and contemporary dance
a cover letter outlining their professional background and objectives for joining the programme

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to provide further information and/or attend an online interview.

In most cases, acceptance to the programme can be offered without in-person audition
