The Developing Artists Programme is a professional development course designed to bridge the gap between advanced training and a sustainable career. It offers technique classes alongside rehearsals and creative development.
The programme combines consistent training with practical career support. Dancers refine their technique and develop the skills needed to navigate freelance work. Opportunities within Balletto Monson’s company practice also enhance learning and provide additional experience.
Created to keep graduates connected to high-level studio practice, the Developing Artists Programme provides structure, continuity, and a supportive community, helping dancers remain physically strong, artistically curious, and professionally prepared as they shape their next steps.
The programme is delivered through a three-module structure, designed to reflect the professional dancing calendar and offer targeted support at different stages of the season. Dancers may take the modules consecutively as a full programme or enrol on individual modules according to their professional needs and availability.
